Over a number of years the Branch has had Memorials erected in schools that have not previously had a Memorial at which to commemorate days such as Anzac Day and Remembrance Day. Each year the schools have invited Members to participate in these services with wreath laying etc.
The first of these was Ipswich North State School dedicated on 22nd April 2004; unveiled by School Captains Emily Wilson, Adam Menkin, Ipswich Mayor Paul Pisasale and Branch Secretary Phil Spressor.

Thanks must go to the Committee Members who have gone to great lengths to make sure that these Memorials eventuated.
Many thanks must also go to our Chaplin, the Reverend Dr. Donald Steward AM. And Bugler, Mike Atkin OAM; without these people the events would not have been such an outstanding success.
The Reverend Dr. Donald Stewart AM. has also dedicated other Memorials at Dinmore State School, the Ebbw Vale Diggers Memorial and the Milford Grange RSL Care Memorial.
On Vietnam Veterans Day each year, Members are invited to attend the Service at Goodna RSL.
Members have enjoyed countless bus trips to various places, one in particular being an invitation to visit Springfield Lakes. Of great interest also, were trips to meet up with other Nashos from Caboolture, Warrick, Toowoomba and Beaudesert.
